Leeds vs Bradford

Leeds Rhinos are looking to make it three wins on the bounce when they host West Yorkshire rivals Bradford on Friday night.Brian McDermott's Leeds have had mixed results so far this season but back-to-back wins has them in fifth place in Super League and climbing back into contention.A victory over the Bulls at Headingley on Friday would make it three in a row and the Rhinos would then by looking somewhere near their best again.Winger Ben Jones-Bishop will make his first appearance for Leeds since back in March when he suffered a dislocated shoulder.Jones-Bishop comes into the Leeds team to replace teenager Zak Hardaker, while second-rower Carl Ablett is set to return after being rested last week at Crusaders.Bradford welcome back prop Bryn Hargreavesafter a three-game absence with an ankle injury and one-time Leeds winger Gareth Raynor is also fit again after missing last week's defeat by Hull with a hamstring problem.Utility back Shad Royston, who is Bradford's joint-top try scorer this season, makes way but could be given a reprieve if full-back Brett Kearney fails a late fitness test on his knee injury.The Bulls have already tasted defeat against Leeds twice this season and will be desperate to get one over their old rivals at Headingley.Leeds: Webb, Smith, Delaney, Hall, McGuire, Burrow, Leuluai, Buderus, Peacock, Jones-Buchanan, Ablett, Sinfield, Lauitiiti, Bailey, Kirke, Hauraki, Clarkson, Jones-Bishop, McShane.Bradford: Addy, Ah Van, Burgess, Crookes, Diskin, Donaldson, Elima, Hargreaves, Herbert, Jeffries, Kearney, Kopczak, Langley, Lynch, Platt, Raynor, Scruton, Sibbit, Whitehead.Headingley is a very special Rugby ground. It's big and noisy and the fans are close to the field. In the dugouts you are only four metres from the touchline and it all makes for a very special atmosphere, which lifts both supporters and players. It's a big ground and it will be buzzing on Friday. That local rivalry too excites supporters and the players help create the atmosphere. It's a game I am really looking forward to.Both sides have some different personnel in their squads to last time we played so we will be looking to take on Leeds with what we have and what they have rather than thinking about the previous games. I think they are still one of the top teams and they have some players in their team that demand success and knowing Brian McDermott as long as I have I know that he sets a high standard for his team.They have some worrying signs - like we have- that they can leak some points. They only conceded one try last week so perhaps that is a step in the right direction for them but we have to worry about ourselves rather than them. We have our own problems to sort out and we know that to stop Leeds we have to compete with the ball.
