The italian leader of Team Lampre will start more realxed the 10 stage of this edition of Tour de France because today is a sprinters stage and he only need to finish safe this stage trying not to lose time .In the last sprinters stages he finished on top 30 but almost everytime he finished in a top position, because his team tried to protect him from falls.No doubt today will happen the same and the italian rider will finish in top 30 too. In fact in almost all stages he finished on a better position than Ag2r rider Jean Peraud.In last stage Cuengo came on 10th position and the french rider come on 15th place. In stage 8 Cuengo come 7th when Peraud come 21th , in stage 7 Cuengo come 19th and the french rider come 36th and that happened in all 9 stages so is almost obvious what will happend Today because team Lampre have a sprinter (Pettachi) who need to be placed in top of the peleton so they place their leader in the top too to protect him.
