This is the batlle for the 3rd place in the group, if we look from USA' s point of view. If we look from Italian point of view it's their chance to remain in the fight for the 2nd place which will give them the oportunity o go in the quarter finals.

It is very importnat for Italy to score at least 4 tries in this match and I think they will try to get it as soon as possible and then rest the important players, as they will meet in the last match the mighty team of Ireland.

It's almoust sure they will win this game, as IMO USA hasn't the quality to upset Squadra Azzura, and Italy being in a must win situation and also with the need of the bonus point, I will go with Italy to get the first points of the match and those points to be scored from a try.
